Attached is a revised MOU that has additional appendices to formalize who will have access to the system along with some training to ensure your organizations have the access they need. Additionally, I recalculated the numbers with the loss of one of our partners. For the prior year and current year MUSD will cover the increase in cost. Next year the cost will be split between the remaining members. Appendix B breaks out the invoicing given MUSD was unable to invoice for last year. After many many months it is official that Cerro Coso will be unable to participate with the FLOCK system. We have since been coordinating with FLOCK to select new locations that benefit the existing team. With the help from Chief we selected to have additional coverage in TOML's parcel development. I will be redrafting an MOU with revised numbers for your review. I apologise that this has taken so long. MUSD will be absorbing Cerro Coso's costs for this project to stay true to what was initially offered. I hope to follow up by the end of tomorrow with this team.
